Paul Cornell is a securities industry consultant with 30 years of experience. He began his career as a financial advisor in 1985 and quickly rose to branch manager holding multiple licenses, including compliance officer. In the late 1990's after getting a taste of the IPO and mergers and acquisitions markets and at the request of several public clients he left the retail markets to form American Financial Media, Inc. (AMF), a successful consulting business serving public and private companies. In 2005 near the end of the "dot com" boom Mr. Cornell sold the company to be able to spend more time with his family and to pursue other personal interests.
While he has been semi retired since the sale of his consulting business, Mr. Cornell still advises limited clients and is widely regarded as an expert in shareholder relations and compliance matters.
Robbe has over 25 years of industry experience in software development and management. He began his career successfully managing outbound telemarketing call centers, and then moved into information technology. He has lead software engineers for Gartner, Alinean, Sprint, Brighthouse, and APAC Teleservices. Robbe is a specialist in the Microsoft enterprise technology stack, and in particular .Net, SQL Server, Windows Server and other new web development platforms. He is a former Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award winner for 10 straight years. learn more.
