Answer:
Anne changed in many ways over the two years she was writing her diary.
Some of these changes can be described as "growth".
She became an astute observer of politics, and of human nature, and she became a very practiced and well-educated writer.
Many of her diary entries suggest a mind mature past her years, and we forget we are reading the work of a teenager.
On one hand, she feels like she is still the exuberant and sociable person that made her so popular in school, but on the other hand, she feels like a person with deep views and insights into the world around

"Rabia is a lawyer herself. She mostly does immigration stuff. Her office takes up the corner of a much larger open space that I think is a Pakistani travel agency, though it's hard to tell. It's in this little strip mall. Across the parking lot, there's a new Pakistani restaurant, an African evangelical church, an Indian clothing shop, a convenience store. On the sidewalk outside, I found a teeny weeny bag of marijuana. Baltimore County is like this, at least on the west side." In 1-2 sentences, explain why it is important for the author to include details of the setting.
Answer:

Avery says she feels Jewish but is typically not recognized as being Jewish because of her race. What type of impact do you think that disconnect has on Avery’s identity?
Answer: Ok, first of all, that in its self is incredibly inaccurate, jewish people don't push their beliefs however do condone becoming jewish(although there are situations where jewish people have been known to reject people trying to join Churches, but that is not based on race, it is based on behavior, otherwise they would have lawsuits and be guilty of discrimination), now if it's a societal issue, she needs to get over it, and stop caring what other people think, I'm guessing your taking gender politics, that class and degree is a very literal(and liberal) waste of time, if I were you I would find something else that actually matters and will provide you with a job, also you are either jewish or not, you cannot feel that you are of a certain religion unless you follow their religious guidelines, in this case she has 600+ "rules" to follow, now a feeling is usually validated in america, unless it's illogical and ignorant, or misunderstood. Also her race should be noted directly for her "plight" to be better understood. AKA take a different class that is more useful, quit being a snowflake, and embrace others as well as the fact that people need to realise, that other places do not have safe places other than your college campus. Life is not a "safe space" she either needs to deal with it, or not, either way your wasting your time and money on this class.
Explanation:
If your jewish, you are jewish, you don't need others acceptance to know who you are and what you are, in other words, if you want to be jewish, be jewish, but don't do it for others approval.
On that note I hope you know this is not what you should say, this is solely reality being fed to you on a platter, through tough love, and you should really reconsider your life choices, now if this is like some kind of sensitivity course, all I can say is good luck in life you really believe this and I hope life doesn't actually happen to you, because with questions like this, you will not survive in the real world- sincerely, your friendly neighborhood vigilante. Which sentence best summarizes Denise Mann’s "Does IQ Test Really Measure Intelligence?"
Group of answer choices
IQ tests do not adequately measure a person’s intelligence.
Traditional IQ tests provide a good measure of a person’s intelligence.
Multiple types of IQ tests should be performed to measure a person’s intelligence.
IQ tests can be a valid measure of intelligence if they include a variety of participants.
Answer:
Multiple types of IQ tests should be performed to measure a person’s intelligence.
Explanation:
The article presents IQ tests as a good way to assess people's intelligence, but this assessment will be correct when these tests are used properly. An IQ test is not enough to measure how smart a person is, as it is necessary that the same person can do several IQ tests and that the evaluation of the result of all these tests allows a person's intelligence to be measured properly.
answer correct and get Brainlist write the story of any of the given outlines in 100 or 120 words
Answer and Explanation:
It was a bright Sunday, too warm and beautiful to stay inside. Thinking I could use some fresh air, I went outside and lied down on our lawn to read my favorite book once again. All of a sudden a thud brought me back to reality, and I saw a large bag lying next to me. It took me a moment to lift my eyes and see the man who had thrown it dashing away down the street. I called out, but to no avail. He disappeared. Upon hearing my scream, my parents came outside. A few neighbors also appeared, asking what was going on. We all eyed the bag suspiciously. Could it contain stolen goods? Could it be a bomb?! Someone called the police, the bomb squad arrived, it was pure chaos! Finally, as the squad proceeded to open the bag, we found it only contained some old, used clothes. To this day, we wonder why that man did what he did, but no once has come up with a good enough idea.

Read the poem The Moon: The moon has a face like the clock in the hall; She shines on thieves on the garden wall, On streets and fields and harbor quays, And birdies asleep in the forks of the trees. The squalling cat and the squeaking mouse, The howling dog by the door of the house, The bat that lies in bed at noon, All love to be out by the light of the moon. But all of the things that belong to the day Cuddle to sleep to be out of her way; And flowers and children close their eyes Till up in the morning the sun shall arise. Public Domain Select the description that could be in the poem if the speaker had a different point of view. Her light shines on cats in dark allies Her light shines on me through my window Her light shines silvery in the park Her light shines through the window at night
Answer:
If the speaker had a different point of view, the description that could be in the poem is:
Her light shines on me through my window.
Explanation:
In the original poem, the speaker is using a third-person perspective. That means he talks of the moon and the animals, but does not mention himself at all. If he had a different point of view, it would be a first-person perspective. In that case, he would use first-person pronouns, mentioning himself in the poem. Among the options given, the only one that uses first-person pronouns is: Her light shines on me through my window. For that reason, this is the option that represents a different point of view.

Sharks' Teeth
By Langston Carter
The day we found the sharks' teeth was foggy and cool. Moisture hung in the air so thick you could almost see it sparkling in the dim sunlight. There were days, early in the summer like this one, where it seemed there was more water in the air than in the bay. We had beached the boat and stepped out on the recently cleared spit of land. The ground had a light dusting of white sand over an under layer of dried black mud. It looked like a recently frosted chocolate cake, though the frosting was spread a bit thin for my taste. The ground was solid, but we knew from experience that it was full of fiddler crab holes, and would be underwater at the first super-high tide. Mysteriously, to us anyway, someone wanted to build a house there.
We often came to these spots to look for artifacts. Our beach, our summer home, had been a fishing camp for as long as anyone living could remember. The oldest stories told of travelers coming down to the edge of the sea, lining up to fill their wagon beds with salted fish to take back home. Old decaying cabins still lined the beach. Rotting nets, hung out to dry in the last century, decorated their weathered walls. Their broken faces spun stories in our minds. The fishermen who, tanned and wrinkled from sun and salt, hauled their nets full of splashing mullet in to cheers from the waiting crowds. The bounty of the sea lightened everyone's hearts, and the smell of roasting fish filled the damp air. Women fanned themselves from wagon seats. Children splashed in the shallow edges of the bay. It was a scene we had acted out as youngsters, building an imaginary bridge to a life we would never fully know.
What line from the text introduces an element of the plot?
A. Moisture hung in the air so thick you could almost see it sparkling in the dim sunlight
B. We often came to these spots to look for artifacts.
C. Our beach, our summer home, had been a fishing camp for as long as anyone living could remember
D. The bounty of the sea lightened everyone's hearts
Answer:
A. Moisture hung in the air so thick you could almost see it sparkling in the dim sunlight
Explanation:
The line selected above represents the element of the plot called "exposure". This element refers to the text's ability to introduce the story, placing the reader in relation to the scenario, the characters and what the story is in a generalized way. In summary, we can say that the exhibition introduced the scenario where the story takes place and can also introduce characters, giving initial information about them.
