For example, just recently the world was shaken to the core when they came to light about the George Floyd incident in Minneapolis. Without warning the 4 officers tackled Floyd to the ground while Derek Chauvin (the cop who placed George in a state of asphyxiation), put the suspected fraudster in a chokehold for 8 minutes and 46 seconds.
